The Challenge:

Launch a fully legal food business from scratch in a short timeframe, while the founder was based in New York and the project itself was located in Kaliningrad.
The goal was to create a clear, scalable concept with transparent economics, proper documentation, and zero operational chaos at launch.

I handled the project end-to-end remotely and built the business as if I were launching it for myself.
